Tucked away off Florida Scenic Highway 393, Sandpeper is a hidden gem offering accommodations for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the secluded, gated community of Cypress Breeze, it’s within biking distance to the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access and the vibrant artist colony of Gulf Place. With a wealth of nearby amenities, Sandpeper has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Hop on one of the three provided bikes for a quick ride to local spots—this home is sure to become one of your favorite vacation destinations for years to come!

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by hardwood floors and an open-concept design, blending the living room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly.

The kitchen exudes a coastal rustic charm, featuring granite countertops, a three-person breakfast bar, and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a large double-door refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. With ample space around the dining table, perfect for family meals, and a fully-appointed kitchen for even the most discerning chef, Sandpeper truly feels like a home away from home.

The living room offers plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot for family entertainment.

The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, premium contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and granite countertops. The spacious walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury. If you need to work remotely, the master bedroom also includes a desk, monitor, keyboard, webcam, and docking station—perfect for completing work or remote schooling.

The two additional guest rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, are both furnished with high-quality pieces and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. With TVs in every bedroom, there’s no need to fight over the remote! The guest rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Cypress Breeze Plantation is a secluded, family-friendly, gated community just beyond the sparkling white sands of County Highway 30A. It’s perfectly located near local dining and entertainment and just a short walk to the beach.

The community’s striking lagoon-style pool is a true oasis, featuring multiple interconnected levels with rocky islands, shallow caves, flowing waterfalls, and fountains. The pool area is surrounded by towering palm trees and includes an expansive sun deck for lounging. Bathroom facilities, showers, and dressing rooms are conveniently located on-site. Your family may never want to leave this watery wonderland!

Sandpeper is a short walk (or bike ride!) from Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar & Restaurant, as well as the vibrant Gulf Place. Located between Dune Allen Beach and Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place is known for its artist colony and offers a range of restaurants, art galleries, and bistro cafes. The area also boasts pristine beaches, a manicured green amphitheater lawn, and lush native plants. Free concerts and seasonal festivals are held throughout the year, and the sparkling Gulf is just a short stroll or bike ride away. Gulf Place is also a fantastic spot for shopping, with everything from upscale boutiques to thrift stores.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway along Florida's stunning Gulf Coast, connecting the coastal villages of South Walton through rare dune lakes, sugar-white sand, and emerald-blue waters. Each village has its own unique charm, making 30A one of the most picturesque places in the U.S. It’s where Southern charm meets a laid-back, bohemian lifestyle and unforgettable vacation memories are made.

This home is part of our Resort Linen and Terry Package, guaranteeing fresh linens and towels with every turn (excluding beach towels).

Beach Access:
-The beach access for 'Sandpeper' is the Ed Waline Beach Access located 1.2 miles from the home.

-The Longleaf Pine Trail (right next to the home) leads all the way to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access!

Pool Access:
Sandpeper enjoys access to the Cypress Breeze community pool just a short walk from the home!

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Wonderful Stay

This property is very well maintained and fully updated and equipped. I didn’t notice it pictures, so I would like to point out that there is a firepit in the backyard with two nice porch swings. The neighborhood is quiet with a very nice community swimming pool. The drive into town is maybe 6-7 minutes on the provided golf cart. Management was responsive and accommodate our needs. We will definitely be back for a visit, and I recommend that you do as well!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, a quiet, safe neighborhood only a short walk or bike ride to town or the beach. The golf cart was awesome! We took that to multiple beaches. We could pile all of our beach gear on it and the kids loved it! The pool was AMAZINGGG! Loved it and would definitely come back again.

Great home in a great location!

We had a great stay in this beautiful Santa Rosa Beach home. Great location, not too busy and an easy drive into Destin. When the entry code did not work, the property manager was easy to get in touch with, and promptly provided a different code. Having the bikes and golf cart was a big benefit — the gated community was perfect for the kids to ride bikes in.

Felt like home

We enjoyed our stay. Responses and communication with property management company was easy using the message system. They were prompt, and seemed genuine in making our stay the best it could be. The only issues we encountered were some minor housekeeping items, as well as wanting a few more kitchen items to make our stay a little more convenient. Other than that, the beautiful pool, and the use of the bikes and the 6-seater golf cart getting to and from the beach, made our stay really fun for all ages.

When we booked this property, we were most excited about the the neighborhood pool. Unfortunately, two weeks before our trip, I stumbled across a note from the HOA (not from VRBO or the Beachwalk Property management company) that the neighborhood pool would be closed into May. I reached out to Beachwalk (the property mgt company for this listing), and they offered a simple apology, not anything more. I asked for an alternative pool or to consider canceling reservation. They eventually found a pool we could use during our Spring Break Trip, and it was very disappointing: small, old, not clean, rusty. I again reached out to Beachwalk and asked for resolution....pretty much crickets or empty promises to get back with me. I had hoped to speak directly with homeowners so that they could hear this disappointment and make this right before my review but nothing. This property is nice but not worth the price without the pool amenity. I am most disappointed that the price we paid was for a listing with a pool which was not delivered. For some pros, the property overall is very well kept and clean; a nice size for family hangout. Santa Rosa community does have some nice restaurants, but you will have some car time to get to the beach, other restaurants and activities. Three bikes are included....not sure what the logic is here since the property sleeps six and that this area of Florida is geared towards families. A golf cart was on site. Lots of confusion with this as well. Initially, Beachwalk said it would cost an additional $75/day; but then on our second to last day, randomly one of their agents alluded to this being "included" and the wording on the property changed for how this works. So, I would definitely recommend clarifying if it is included or an additional fee. This property does not offer beach towels, and the intro makes that clear. It is odd. Traveling by airplane and trying to make room in suitcases for beach towels (didn't happen) so then having to buy beach towels for the week seemed like a hassle. I would recommend having six beach towels available for your guests. Add a line in to charge a fee if not returned. This property had the potential to be a 5 star----if only our disappointment over the pool would have been followed up on with a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, Beachwalk's knowledge of the property's actual amenities and then lack of proactive communication with guests to resolve issues was sub-par.

Lovely home

We loved staying at Robin’s Nest over part of our winter holiday. This home has a well stocked kitchen, coffee bar, quality mattresses & pillows, and plenty of linens. It felt like staying at a 5 star resort, but much more spacious and quiet. The home is perfectly tucked away in a cul-de-sac, had a forested backyard and you can hear the ocean, which is just over a mile away.

Super close to beach. We rented a gulf cart and had no issues doing everything we wanted besides the double red flags all week on the beach due to waves. Will definitely be back! The house was beautiful!

This was a great home to rent for a family on vacation. The house is super clean and well stocked. A 10 minute bike ride or five minute drive to the beach. The only downside is the pool is not heated.
