Dune Villas 3B is a townhome designed and decorated with family vacation fun in mind that has a 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom that can accommodate 10 guests. This townhome is the 3 upper levels of the 4-story building. You’ll enter on the ground floor and take the stairs up to the main living area. The open living area provides a well-stocked kitchen and a spacious living room that has a Gulf view and access to the balcony. Upstairs you will find a master suite with a private balcony, a guest bedroom and a hall bathroom. On the next level up, there is a loft room for the kids. Sleeping Arrangements: 3rd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, private Gulf-front balcony, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large walk-in shower. 3rd Floor, Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, TV. 4th Floor, Bedroom 3: 2 full beds plus 2 twin trundles and TV. Beach Access: Distance: .1 mile| Time: 3 minutes walking Dune Villas: Located in the center of Seagrove, the Dune Villas complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and of course, the beach. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family-friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well. This Gulf-front community offers outdoor grills and shaded tables. Direct beach access is just off the side of the pool and in less than 3 minutes, you can have your bare feet in the soft white sand. Your stay at Dune Villas 3B comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. A Benchmark welcome bag and an initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2021 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Ashley H. 10 août 2020 Points faibles : Propreté #### Absolutely Disgusting We’ve stayed at Dune Villas for 10+ years. This was the first unpleasant experience and it was AWFUL. Shortly after arriving, we noticed the landscaping/grounds were very unkept, the trim off of a mirror in the double bed room fell. The refrigerator had an arm break when we were unloading our groceries and we noticed the floor trim in the master bedroom was rotten and exposed! Later in the evening we noticed roaches in the kitchen. That night my brother in law had one crawling on him in bed. We reported all these things on Sunday morning. Nothing was done. Called back, nothing done on Monday. Pest control finally came Tuesday and sprayed. We were told by Florida Pest Control it was GERMAN ROACHES which are very invasive and could easily go home with us in our things as well as our toddlers didn’t need to get in the poison he sprayed (ummm, ok!)... We continued to see roaches everywhere. Benchmark property management was extremely rude and would not help in any way! Lastly, the beach is completely washed in front of DV so there is no where to lounge on the beach without walking some distance. We spent much time at the pool and the trash was not tended to in several days. Completely gross and not compliment with any guidelines for COVID. I wouldn’t recommended renting at DV to my worst enemy. ##### Ashley H.
