You will get a personalized door code the day of check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself. ROADS: When you get to the famous scenic 30A highway, please drive slowly, soak in the views and please be cautious of bikers and pedestrians. PARKING: Park in front of the cottage in the spacious driveway where space is available for approximately 3 cars. No street parking per HOA. GOLF CART: Parking pad at back of home with outlet for charging. After completing our agreement, guests receive instructions to access the cart. Please review these facts prior to booking. AGE: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. OCCUPANCY: 10 Person Maximum. If you bring more people then accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety. OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERA: There is a security camera on the front porch of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cottage. No candles or outdoor fires are allowed. WEATHER: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. OUTDOOR GRILL: A large gas grill is provided for your use, please do not move the grill for safety reasons. Grill utensils are supplied as well as propane. TRASH: Please dump liquids (excludes grease) into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure trash bags in the trash containers next to the driveway. Trash pick up is twice weekly. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not throw fibrous foods, bones, eggshells, grease or coffee grounds into the garbage disposal. Also, please don't stick body parts into the garbage disposal. Losing a finger is not going to be a pleasant vacation memory. PETS: Up to 2 pets maximum. Pet fee of $100\. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. BLINDS: All of the bedrooms have window blinds but no blackout curtains. Please bring eye masks if light is bothersome to you in the mornings. OTHER SAFETY: Do not lean or hang on the railings. STARTER PACK: Consisting of a dishwasher tablet, a paper towel roll, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap & sponge. Longer stays may require a trip to purchase extra of these items. With plenty of beds and bathroom space to get ready for the beach or a local catch dinner. The pet-friendly policy allowed us to bring our dog along, stress-free. The house sits on a corner lot directly across from a dedicated pet-walking area. And the community has plenty of space to go for walks. We loved the flexibility of the location—the beach is a short walk for a light load, and the included golf cart was a total game-changer for zipping back for lunch, finding parking at nearby access points, or exploring 30A. The Dune Allen Beach Acces had a ramp or a short flight of stairs to acces the beach. The home is fully stocked with everything from kitchen essentials to beach towels, toys and chairs. We also enjoyed being so close to great local spots; we highly recommend Stinky’s Fish Camp—their shrimp basket was excellent! The location was close to several popular destinations. We visited Blue Mountain Beach area, ate down by the bay, and had fun with free surf lessons at the Little Adventures class in Destin. Beach towels, beach chair, umbrella, and sand toys were a plus! Location is perfect close to everything or just a golf cart ride away. Communication with host was great. They responded back in a timely manner. If I was to nitpick my only complaint is the bed was pretty firm and the sheets weren’t great quality.(sheets reminds me of hospital bed sheets they make noise anytime you move.) The community pool was okay. The water was green and colder than the ocean. Thankfully, we had amazing weather and didn’t need to use the pool during our stay. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. The owners checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. They are the best!!!. We felt comfortable and safe. It was a bit of a walk to beach, especially if little ones and lots of beach toys. My friend made the walk in 8 minutes at a brisk pace (no toys/children). The house is well appointed. There were 10 people total. We felt all the bed linens could've been upgraded along with the queen mattresses. Otherwise, everything was great! ##### Melissa C.
