Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This was our second time to stay at Dunes of SeaGrove and we loved unit B103\. The decor was very nice and the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 6 plus a newborn! The huge balcony was such a plus for morning coffee or late afternoon hanging out! We loved having the little bunk room for our grandchildren and the pull out club chair in the master bedroom was GREAT for an extra sleeping spot for a child! Having the complimentary beach service and bikes are such a wonderful amenities and not something that you find in many other condo rentals . The steam room wasn't working, but the hot tub was nice. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Before arriving, I called to ask if there was a Keurig coffee machine; no one knew, but there is one!
