The Space:

Escape to this cozy, vacation rental in Seagrove Beach, where you'll look out over a beautiful lagoon-style pool and enjoy partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. Soak up the plentiful Florida sunshine on the private, furnished balcony with both lounge chairs and a dining set. This Gulf-front resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna. As for coveted Seagrove Beach, it offers a prime, central location on Scenic Highway 30A.



Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you'll be able to rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well.

Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.

The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.

A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.



You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
