Had everything you need, beach chairs/umbrellas, well stocked kitchen, ice maker. Could not ask for anything more. Host very accessible via text/email. Would stay again in the home, but NOT in Watercolor as they are becoming more and more greedy over the years, now charging 25 per instance to park a golf cart at beach club or Camp WC. Super short walk to Camp Watercolor and the Camp Watercolor playground. We rented a golf cart and that helped us get to the Beach every day with our 4 and 2 year old; however, you could easily ride a bike if all adults or older kids. The house is also very close to Publix, the liquor store, Pizza by the Sea and a restaurant (can't remember the name). We usually stay closer to the beach but I am glad we took a chance with this location and wonderful house! ##### Thomas D. We loved the screen porch, especially the bed swing. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The house as well stocked in a perfect location close to camp watercolor, had a wonderful front screen porch, and the kids loved the bunk room. The extra bikes provided with a rental or a great perk. The property managers are great at communication check in process was a breeze. Would highly recommend! ##### Jay M.
