A relaxing private balcony overlooks the fountain with partial views of the gulf. The home is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen featuring clean white cabinetry, and wood laminate and tile floors throughout. You'll be located directly across the street from the beach and enjoy private access as a guest of Gulf Place, so don't forget to use the outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand after a day of sun and surf! Later, take advantage of the shared charcoal grill to host an evening barbecue with friends and family. You'll be really close to all the great local seasonal events like the Seeing Red Wine Festival, 30A Half Marathon, 30A Songwriters Festival, and more. You should also check out some live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, less than seven miles away in Seaside. While you're there, hit up Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant to catch a sunset. Very convenient location right across from the beach. But do not stay here if you are noise sensitive, we could hear every step from our upstairs neighbors whom I had to confront after 3 days for being excessively noisy. The condo needs some repairs, toilet paper holders are falling off the wall, no ice maker (which cost us more money to buy every day). No can opener, casserole dishes or cookie sheets. It would be nice to get hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen. Overall a very nice condo, but because of the noise we would not stay here again. Perfect location for our family with small kids! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and my cousin and her husband. The beach access is so convenient and we will definitely be back next summer! The only thing I wish was different was a “check out list” of sorts. I called the office and didn’t get a call back a couple days in but wish I didn’t leave not knowing what we were responsible for. We washed all of the towels just incase that was our responsibility. Jan 10, 2023 #### Very disappointed This was our 4th time staying at Gulf Place Caribbean. We love Gulf Place and have always had positive experiences staying there. However, unit 202 was a big disappointment. From the moment we got there we had issues. We had problems with the door lock. There weren’t any blankets, the ice maker didn’t work, there was sand in sheets on the bunk bed and there were little bugs in the kitchen. We called multiple times. They finally brought extra blankets and they worked on the door but said they needed extra parts to fix it and they would be back. We never saw or heard from them again. We found some bug spray and sprayed the kitchen and we changed the sheets on the bunk bed. Overall the unit needs a good cleaning and updating. However, the couch had numerous stains on it that made uncomfortable to sit on. I put a sheet on to cover the dirty stains. An attendant did come and clean the couch but stains were not completely gone so left sheet on. Also, previous guests left their clothes, underwear in two drawers which was a little disturbing but removed by attendant. From the balcony you can see a little bit of the Gulf. The pool area and hot tub were good. It was quiet at night, and the wifi worked fine. I would stay here again. ##### Douglas F.
