No public parking at this beach access means less people at this public beach location. The golf cart was great because we just zoomed through the pretty neighborhood and parked it legally almost at the end of the street. The additional bikes were great as well because we had 7 people. The house is adjacent to the pool..perfect placement. Not loud at all. I felt the house was far better than the pictures. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with a blender, shrimp boil pot, stainless steel pans. We have family members with allergies so we do appreciate when we can find an animal free rental. (We love animals, sadly allergies though.) The only downsides were that there are no beach chairs at this rental and no beach towels. We did read that before and brought our own towels. We flew here so that was cumbersome. We went to Sam's and bought 7 nice beach chairs. That was cheaper than beach chair rental companies. And sold them, so we paid 50.00 for all 7 chairs total. The kitchen had plenty of room for us all to move around easily. I will definitely book this house again in the future without hesitation. Someone earlier mentioned pillows lacking-that's been remedied-we had no complaints. The golf cart speed was completely fine to us. The living room furniture needs a refresh bc it sags but that's not a deal breaker at all. Very nice rental, thank you for sharing with our family. We were sad to leave! ##### Leslie B. Location was wonderful. It was so nice to have the pool right next door and everything was close by to the house. Only 2 notes would be make sure you bring beach towels and any toys you want for the beach. The golf cart was a bit outdated and did not lock properly and did not seem to go above 22 mph.
