We had 13 people staying at the house and it fit us all very well. The kitchen was nicely equipped and worked well for our large group. Having extra beach/pool towels was very helpful. The pool was very nice, it wasn't heated the first couple of days of our stay but it was fixed within a few days. One of my favorite things about the house was the deck, it had amazing views but it was also very nicely furnished with plenty of seating. The gas grill was also great to have. The beds were the most comfortable beds (outside of our own), and little things like that make such a huge difference. My family felt very comfortable in the home as it had everything we needed for our family (ages 13-78) and more but the property was also quite pretty. The location was convenient to everything but still private; it was almost like a world within another world. The property manager was attentive and communicated well with us.
