Upon entering, it was apparent that the hardwood floors are in dire need of refinishing. All of the white woodwork needs repainting - the doors and doorframes are dingy from use. It looks as though the bathrooms were refinished but the door hinges should have been replaced as they are rusted. While I am sure that an iron is rarely needed at the beach, we did need to use it as we had an event to attend but it did not work.
