This home is in a fabulous location between the boat house and across 30A from the WaterColor Beach Club! The first floor welcomes you with a stunning front porch that offers comfortable seating for the ultimate relaxation. When entering the home, a guest bedroom featuring a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom will greet you first. Next, you will find a spacious bedroom with two queen sized beds and access to the shared hallway bathroom that features a dual vanity and walk-in shower. An additional guest bedroom with a full sized bedroom is located on the first floor and also shares the hall bathroom. The laundry room is located on the first floor for your convenience. The second floor features an open concept living room that is perfect for the whole family to gather in after a long day on the beach. The gourmet kitchen opens into the living room and dining area that has seating for 6 guests. The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, a large center island, and bar stool seating for 4 guests. Off the living room, is the front balcony with a lovely porch swing and outdoor dining table for 6 guests. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom that offers a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. \- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking \- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. I had told the property manager that we were celebrating three birthdays in our family (plus it was Father’s Day). When we arrived at the property they had a “Happy Birthdays!” cookie cake waiting for us. Additionally, the property manager was very responsive. Housekeeping had failed to leave dish towels but they got some out to us right away. The home is beautifully decorated, both inside and out. The photos really do not do it justice. The home faces a beautiful park and I can’t say enough about the location in general. Walk out the front door and you’re in a beautiful park. Turn left and walk 5 minutes and you’re at the beach. If you turn right and walk 3 minutes you’re at a beautiful coastal dune lake where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards. A Publix grocery store is 1 mile away and so easily accessible through the neighborhood that I allowed my teenager to ride there on a bike. Filming locations for The Truman Show are just a 10-15 min walk from this home. The kitchen was very well appointed with high end appliances and almost everything we needed (they’re never going to be your home kitchen!). We thought we were a little short on dinner plates but we located them in the carriage house at the end of our stay. The home is very spacious and we loved sitting outside on the many deck areas - four to be exact. We didn’t use the ping pong table but thought it would be nice to have a pull down screen or something to help keep balls from bouncing off the deck. You have to walk through the MBR to get to the ping pong table, btw. Note that the 5th bedroom is in the carriage house and while this is perfect for teens to have their own space (especially crabby ones!), the beds are not suitable for adults and you would not want to leave young children alone in it. At our last vacation at Blue Mountain Beach, we were all plagued with yellow fly bites and subsequent itching (evil things!). This year, we came prepared to do battle. We were surprised that we encountered zero flying insects during our stay in WaterColor. No mosquitoes, no flies, no evil yellow flies. Perhaps they treat for them. Whatever the reason, it was so nice to not have to swat at insects all week. If you’re in the fence about booking this property, do not hesitate! It’s beautiful, it’s spacious, and your family will love it! ##### Stephanie R.
