There were some areas that appeared not to be completely cleaned (possibly due to quick turn around from previous guests). However it didn't impact the overall quality of our stay. The customer service was outstanding. There was frequent communication and always quick responses to any questions. Having the text option to communicate with the management company was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to any future guests. Our top restaurant recommendation would be Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar. The casual walk up options in Seaside were great when the kids are along. Shopping was exceptional between Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas. We also enjoyed all the pool options at the Watercolor Resort and Camp Watercolor as well as the Beach area. ##### Terri O. We wondered why they didn’t spray before the warm weather arrived in preparation for late spring and summer rentals. The spray unfortunately did not help and we had giant roaches throughout our 3 day stay. The house also was not very clean. There were drawers full of hair and clothes tags. The appliances were dirty inside and out. There was a large sticky spot on the kitchen floor. The stove and microwave were not attached to the counter. There were dirty rolled pieces of toilet paper in the corners of several rooms. It’s a cute house, with a little more attention to the basics it could be a great place to stay. ##### Max T.
