It’s also great during May-Oct that 2 beach chairs and umbrella are complimentary per unit. The unit itself A303 was good for family 4 adults and 2 children. The bed in guest room was very comfortable and it’s always a bonus to get a great nights sleep. This is our 2nd time staying at this complex, we had a different condo prior, but some thing it would be nice if owners would install deadbolt lock on front door so children could not easily just open the front door and go out into hallway. Not that this happened but it easily could especially since the childrens bunk beds are right inside after you enter the front door. The unit was clean but would like to see the “decorative” rungs in bathrooms go away they were kind of dirty looking. Never could get one of the TV's to work -- it was on a separate platform with little instructions. The view is beautiful, but it is directly over a street and you can see the ocean (other condos in the building are closer to the water). To get to the beach you walk to the pool (in the center of the complex) and the boardwalk takes you directly to where beach service is offered. So convenient! We had our young children with us, and the location could not have been better. It was easy to social distance - even in this popular neighborhood. ##### Rachel M. This great condo served our family of 4 well for a few days at the beach. Beach view from the porch was beautiful! The two separate sleeping areas for our 2 kids was also a great bonus. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked. The entire unit was super clean and very well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ##### Melissa C.
