However, the condo desperately needs updating. The bathroom is rusting. Worst of all, the third night we were there we started smelling something burning. We called the fire department and they checked everything. They said the hot water heater shorted out and was completely fried. The smell was so strong, the firemen said we should leave, we called Benchmark and they refused to relocate us until the next day. They did not move us until 4:00 the next day. We lost an entire day of vacation due to this issue due to waiting on answers and someone from the management company to do their on inspection and having to pack and unpacking. ##### Renee C.
