Exterior work and timbers propping up the building made outside of property ugly. Condo was dirty especially the bathroom. Shower leaked and water sprayed to ceiling. Bathroom sink leaked and light bulbs were burned out. We have stayed at Gulf Place for the past 3 years and had lovely condos, clean, well furnished, attractive and we loved it. The location was perfect - loved the coffee shop within walking distance, the condo was super clean and comfortable - even had an ice maker for our use, the view was perfect - loved the palm tree right outside the balcony that provided a little privacy, and the check in/out was super easy!
