Pelican Trace is a new, luxurious 4,250 sf home located in the private, Gulf Trace neighborhood with an additional 2,416 sq of outdoor living. With 4 King en-suite bedrooms and 2 half baths (1 leading to enclosed outdoor shower), Pelican Trace will sleep up to 8 guests and offers a private saltwater pool (not heated) and marvelous glimpses of the Gulf and Grayton Beach State Park. Driveway parking for 4 cars (garage not accessible to guests). Families will love the private, fenced backyard that backs up to the Grayton Beach State Park – lots of room for the kiddies to play on the lawn (yes…actual grass!) while the adults lounge around the amazing 17’ x 30’ saltwater pool (not heated)! Pelican Trace is a very short walk to either of the two private neighborhood beach access – just walk past 6 houses to put your toes in the sand. Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives guests ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy. Peaceful and more than enough space for our group of seven. The kitchen was very well equipped. So glad we booked here as we experienced 3 double red flag days during our stay, but were still able to enjoy the water because of the delightful pool. Would appreciate beach towels be provided simply because we came from thousands of miles away and would rather not transport in our luggage. But, a minor inconvenience! Weather was fantastic and the house location was great! Umbrella for the pool was broken from the last guests and when we called, they hoped right on it and brought the new pool umbrella. Very impressed. House layout was perfect for us and the only negative aspect would be to figure out a way to turn off the door sensors. Very obnoxious! I understand it may be for families with small kids, but there has got to be a way to disarm it if it’s not needed. A “gorilla” cart would also be awesome for hauling items back and forth.
