Experience this beautiful getaway featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, while only a minutes’ walk from the beach, numerous restaurants, shopping, dessert options, and adult beverages. This condo and location is designed to meet all your needs while your car stays parked!! Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Bunk with single/double underneath and a trundle that’s a single Family Room: Sleeper Sofa This two-level condo features a spacious great room and dining area on the second floor, complete with a Juliet balcony that offers stunning Gulf views. The living room includes two couches, one of which is a sleeper sofa, along with additional seating and a workstation. There's also a smart flatscreen TV for entertainment. The dining area boasts a large table with six chairs, which flows into an open kitchen layout that includes a breakfast bar with stool seating. On the first level, there are three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed and has a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. One guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the other is furnished with a bunk bed (twin over full) and a full-size trundle. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway, which includes a shower/tub combination. A stay at the Abacos condo complex offers fantastic vacation amenities. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the Ed Walline public beach access, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning emerald waters just minutes after leaving the rental. The complex features a gated swimming pool and a spacious sun patio, ideal for a refreshing swim or sunbathing. Additionally, Gulf Place Town Center is right next door, offering a variety of boutiques, specialty shops, and a grassy amphitheater that hosts farmer markets every weekend, seasonal events, and soon-to-be live music concerts. For dining, you can choose from casual restaurants such as Papa Surf, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Shelbys, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, all just a minute's walk away. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You have access to two private beaches as a guest of Gulf Place: Costa Blanca and Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period. \*\*\* Spring Break (March / April) \*\*\* For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24\. There are places to go eat and have a drink in walking distance. The oyster bar next door had a band every night til 10pm and could listen from condo with patio door open. This was great to me. I love live music. The public beach access is across the street from condo which is nice and it has lifeguards. I would definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay.
