Sleeps 11 6-Seat LSV (Low Speed Vehicle), Pool, Beach (3 mins away) \*For larger groups, this may be rented along with 71 Magical Place, located right next door! Our beautifully appointed and nicely furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is nestled among the palms in Serenity at Dune Allen, a charming community centrally located along 30A. 73 Old Winston Circle is located within steps to the community pool and only a quick walk or LSV ride away from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our three-story home features an open concept floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered balcony, and furnished front and back porches. Leave worries behind as you cruise to the beach in the 6-seat LSV or grab a towel and head to the beach. The beach access is just two blocks away (3 min. LSV ride). 1st Floor: Kitchen, Living Room (Sleeper Sofa), Dining Area, Half Bath, Back Porch 2nd Floor: Primary Bedroom (King) + Full Bath, Guest Bedroom (Queen) + Full Bath, Reading Nook w/Sofa 3rd Floor: Guest Bedroom (Queen, Bunk Bed (Twin over Double), Twin Daybed over Twin Trundle) The first floor of our designer decorated home features a full kitchen, a half bath, spacious living and dining areas, and access to the back porch. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to serve a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, the living area offers new, plush furnishings, a sleeper sofa, and a smartTV. The dining area is designed with table seating for eight. The back porch is a perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends with comfortable furnishings, a grill, and an outdoor shower with a half bath. The second floor features the primary bedroom, a guest bedroom and a cozy reading nook. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a smartTV, access to a nicely appointed private balcony, and an ensuite private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a smartTV. There is a convenient hallway bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. The reading nook is the perfect place to curl up on the sofa with your favorite book after a long day of sun! The third floor is home to a guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed, a twin over full bunk bed, and a daybed with trundle. If additional accommodations are needed, guests are welcome to use the sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary. Dune Allen Beach is renowned for miles of sugar white sand and emerald-green waters along with three coastal dune lakes! Coastal dune lakes are a rare phenomenon found in only a handful of locations around the globe: Madagascar, New Zealand, Australia, Oregon and along the 30A corridor. These 10,000-year-old lakes provide a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience for emerald coast explorers and add a unique twist to your traditional beach vacation! The unit was clean.There were 2 broken pieces of furniture and the upstairs bath shower curtain was missing the liner and the shower curtain itself was molded. The ice maker and water dispenser on fridge did not work. The counter ice maker was molded. The listing of the cart being listed as new is the major issue that we had it was the oldest one that we saw in the neighborhood. It is rusted with bad tires cracked windshield and dash board does not work. We call management and they did not come to check it out until Thurs and we check out was early Saturday. The kitchen was fully stocked and each room has a TV. We loved that the third floor was carpeted and had enough beds for the kids! It was spacious enough for 2 families with young kids (we had a 9month, 2 year & 3 year old with us.) We loved how the beach was walkable and that the pool was just steps away.
