It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. DETAILS: Brand new construction! This corner lot home located in Phase 3 of WaterColor features 6-bedrooms, 6.5-bathrooms, and ample parking for multiple cars. Guests will retain privacy, as the lot backs up to a green preserve and has only one neighboring home. It's professionally decorated with unique touches throughout each room.
