Plenty of room for our family of five. Had everything we needed and my youngest loved the bunk beds with the sliding door! We loved being able to bring our little dog. We had a little issue of the comforters not looking like they were changed between guests and it was resolved quickly. New comforters and sheets were brought out. Other than that it was a great place! We rented a golf cart and had room to park our suburban and the golf cart out front. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! My family and I had a great visit during our stay in this beautiful townhome. The townhome was very cute and comfortable with a decent walk to the beach. It was bit difficult to find the public entrance but we made it work. We had several members in our group who were looking forward to playing golf. When booking this townhome, I was told it came with an Explorie pass that included a free round of golf each day. A few days before check-in, I received my pass with my name emailed to me. On our first day of our trip, I called the number on the Explorie card to book a round of golf. We spoke with a very kind representative, however, after looking into our information she informed us that we were excluded from these amenities even though I had already been emailed the pass. That was a little bit of a downer. Parking was also a bit of a struggle. Though the townhome can hold up to 8 people, there is only enough parking spaces for two vehicles, which was less than ideal when our group consisted of three separate parties traveling from different areas. Overall we had a great time and the townhome was beautiful! ##### Haley J. Short walk to the beach and short ride to Seaside. Very quiet neighborhood. Restaurants nearby. The place is brand new and comfortable. A little bit smaller than shown in the pictures, but still perfect for a mid-size group. Checkin was painful. It is later than usual (given the circumstances), but also the place wasn't ready at 5pm. We had to go have dinner and come back. Management agreed on extending checkout due the issue which was very helpful (earlier than usual). Overall, great place and location. Nice w/o paying seaside prices. ##### Carolina N.
