It's a top story corner unit with windows on three sides. This 2nd Building 2BD/2BA location was recently renovated in early 2022 and is a top floor corner unit at the Heron's Watch Condominiums. The bright and open 940 sq. ft floor plan boasts a large king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an additional double twin room, spacious enough for a desk. Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' You can’t beat this Seagrove Beach location right in the heart of iconic Scenic Highway 30A, just steps from Eastern Lake. You will be less than a mile to the nearest beach access, three miles to Seaside, five miles to Rosemary Beach, and only a 27-mile drive to the Panama City airport. Sidewalks are easily accessible so you can walk or bike ride to most places. We provide 2 Taxi Beach Cruisers and 2 back pack style beach chairs to allow you to enjoy 30A like the locals. Park your car and ride your bike everywhere, including the beach. The owner is a frequent traveler who opens her home to fellow travelers when she’s off-seeing the world. Enjoy views of the pool below on the private balcony, just off the living area. The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating conducive to hanging out or watching TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Grill out on the community charcoal grill adjacent to the pool or eat out at the many nearby restaurants, including the highly-rated Old Florida Fish House just across the street which also has live music, shopping, and activities for the whole family. This generous space has two bedrooms and two baths. The bedrooms feature comfortable bedding, high-quality linens, and a wonderful blend of colors and style. The first bedroom features private access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed from the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a dresser and nightstands with reading lamps. You can curl up and watch TV in bed. The en suite bathroom features a bathtub with a large shower head. We ask that you take special care of this home and leave it as peaceful as you found it. COMPLEX AMENITIES \-Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW This condo is on the third floor with no elevator. Parking notes: Free on-site parking. Parking is available for two cars only and must display the Heron's Watch Parking tag provided. Eastern Lake, public beach access, coffee shop (Beachy Bean), restaurant (Old Florida Fish House), live music, walking trails, kayak rentals and more are all within walking distance of the condo. Lovely clean condo that has everything you need. And with the added bonus of bikes and beach chairs it made for a wonderful experience for our family. The location of the property was lovely with coffee, dinner, and the lake all so close. The beach was a short walk or bike ride but some days we drove and there was a small lot to park in. The beds were comfortable and the place was simple and clean. Kitchen was stocked and some paper products provided. My only suggestion would be a larger trash can in the kitchen as our family cooked at home a lot with small kids. The sunsets from the front porch over Eastern Lake was gorgeous and back patio overlooks the pool. It was peaceful and we will definitely be returning. ##### katie c.
