Unfortunately, the communication with the management company was very poor- I would not receive a response for multiple hours regarding questions I had prior and during our stay. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We did have trouble getting into our room when we got there. Our code wouldn't work.We didn't get free attraction tickets or see anything about them. One thing that would be nice for people to know is that there are quite a few stairs to go down to the beach.
