Flamingo's Retreat (219) is a 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath townhome with close beach access and is just a few minutes from the community pool! As soon as you enter, you're welcomed by an updated kitchen in bright whites and cool blues with stainless appliances and bar area seating for 2\. For convenience, there's a powder room right off the front door. As you make your way into the home, you're welcomed into the open dining and entertaining area with comfortable seating and a large TV. Outside the living room, there is a screened-in patio, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Here is where you'll also find the full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One equipped with a queen bed plus a set of built-in bunks and the other with a king. The master bedroom has a peaceful private balcony. Both bedrooms share the hallway bathroom.
