This stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home spans an impressive 3,255 square feet, offering ample space for up to 8 guests. Only a short 3-minute stroll along the charming boardwalk leads to pristine Emerald Coast beaches, while the community’s zero-entry pool and shaded arbor provide the ultimate setting for lazy afternoons!  
  
A charming white and blue 2-story façade and a furnished front porch featuring a cozy swing bed create an inviting first impression of coastal elegance and relaxation in this Emerald Coast getaway. The great room seamlessly combines the kitchen, living, dining, and office spaces, all framed by elegant shiplap white walls and a coffered ceiling that exudes coastal charm. In the living area, settle into the plush slip-covered furniture to enjoy movie nights on the 70” TV or cozy up in the nearby sitting area with 2 armchairs for more intimate conversations. The kitchen boasts high-end Jenn-Air appliances, including a refrigerator, 4-burner stove with a griddle, dishwasher, and microwave, seamlessly integrated into the sleek white island with built-in features and seating for 3. Two thoughtfully designed guest bedrooms offer privacy, each featuring a private bathroom and TV—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. A convenient laundry room completes the space.

\*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.  
  
\*Bicycles are allowed in the WaterSound West Beach community on the streets. Due to safety and legal concerns, the WaterSound West HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks. (1) Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover, where the railing begins; and (2) Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest possible speed while on the beach walkover. \*\*  
  
\*Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow guests to rent Low-Speed Vehicles.  
  
\*Garage is not for guest use.
