Find this newly renovated and professionally decorated home complete with a pool, gated entrance, and carriage house. This private and secluded compound is located less than 300 yards from the beach. 'Our Slice of Heaven' offers a distinguished, luxury retreat with flawless interior design and exquisite oak wood flooring throughout. This home is a beautiful blend of modern and beach that is a one-of-a kind residence. The living space lies on the main level of the home along with three well-appointed king sized bedrooms each offering spa-like ensuites featuring marble flooring and glass door walk-in showers. This level also features a pristine kitchen with water jet dolomite/vein cut skyline geometric marble backsplash, marble countertops, a 48" Thermador gas range, custom-designed/built hood, integrated refrigerator, and a waterfall island offering seating for six. This will be added onto your total when checking out. The pool is small and the location is decent for the Seaside Fl. Town center. If your looking to party, steer clear. The property location just like Seaside aka Seagrove aka Watercolor is quiet and tranquil. I would not suggest anyone with toddlers, loud or messy teens & or inviting guest who do not clean up after themselves. We didn't experience any issues besides a drawer pull coming lose (screw it back by holding the pull and the screw from the innner drawer then twisting).
