The first night the rain water got in the room, there were rats and bats in the roof and the were two spiders and the there were nobody answering. De omgeving, setting, vibe, service, klantvriendelijkheid is allemaal voortreffelijk. Kamer + badkamer zijn toe aan vernieuwing / opknap beurt. Dit maakt dat prijs / kwaliteit verhouding in vergelijking met andere accomodaties in het land niet op pijl is. Wellness diensten zijn absoluut aan te raden. Eten is heerlijk gezond, maar verwacht geen culinaire hoogstandje. It was highly recommended to us but it was beyond what we expected. Service is very friendly and personalized. Food is amazing, made from ingredients grown at the reserve. Beautiful, rustic hotel. Amazing food, accomodating staff. Jacuzzi in every cabin. Outdoor shower. Tons of wild life. Overall great experience. The only critique I would add is that it is not very kid-friendly. This is a more adults-only hotel, and we did not know that going in. My three year old twins were the only kids on the premises. They had an amazing time though, but I was a little worried about a tantrum or a shriek in the middle of the intimate dinner the couple next to us was having.
