Sea and mountain view with private beach, 5 minutes drive from the airport, 10 from Rodadero and 20 to Santa Marta, near the Zazué shopping center with restaurants, banking area, stores, supermarket, etc.   
  
The Condo Playa Dormida has a private beach area, direct exit to the sea, 3 pools, snack bar, restaurant, business area, lounge and games area for children, small cinema, solarium, free parking.  
  
The Space is a fully furnaced apartment that has a maximum capacity for 6 people, 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom. Full equipped kitchen with everything you'd need to cook or have someone do it for you directly in the apartment.
