Dimora Azzurra is an elegant house with a garden, furnished with great care and attention to detail. It offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Additional amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. The outdoor area includes a private garden with barbecue and a large table for convivial meals. The house has two balconies: a spacious one, accessible from the kitchen and fully equipped for outdoor dining, and a smaller one connected to the bedrooms, ideal for relaxing moments. The location is convenient and close to many amenities such as a supermarket, tobacconist, bar, bakery/pizzeria, pastry shop, hardware store, laundry, pharmacy, gym, home goods stores and hairdressers. Dimora Azzurra is perfect for families: right in front there is a summer center for children and a public park just a few meters away. Parking is available on the street and easy to find near the house. The property is on a raised floor and seven steps are required to reach the entrance. Smoking is only allowed outside. Parties are not permitted. On request and for an extra fee, boat tours and aperitifs can be organized. Small pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee.
