Staff wasn't understanding of our need to find tourist shopping and sent us downtown. Bari is a large city and traffic, parking and overall Italy experience were not great because it is a large city. Great place to stay for our last night in Italy, and near the airport with a shuttle service that was fabulous. Felt like an amazing way to start our trip in Puglia. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner- breathtaking views- staff were so nice.
