Upstairs is primary bedroom w/ AC, downstairs the tucked away living room can be used as a 2nd bedroom (no ac, no door). Centrally located in between 2 beaches, in the middle of nature. Unwind in the unique indoor hammock lounge or the peaceful outdoor garden, perfect for relaxing. The apartment includes two rooms with TVs (the main bedroom has AC), a full kitchen, and a dining area. Amazing location, very central to two beaches. The entrance to famous Punta Cometa is also down the street. Comes with free parking for one car, WIFI, and hot water. This location is situated between Playa Mazunte and Playa Mermijita, and you can walk to either beach in 5-10 minutes. The entrance to the famous Punta Cometa is also down the street. RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The hotel reserves the right to refuse occasional visitors and, under no circumstances, will they be allowed access to the rooms as part of the included guest service. In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to order the visitor to leave immediately. TOWELS: It is strictly prohibited (without exception) to remove white towels from the room. Ask at the front desk about renting beach towels, which may be used inside and outside the hotel. PETS: Keep them on a leash in common areas, pick up feces, do not get on beds or futons, and do not leave them locked up all day. Any damages by pets will result in charges.
