The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming flat for rent in Santa-Maria-Poggio, 100 m from the beach, where light floods in at every moment! With a surface area of 48 m², this haven of peace can accommodate up to 5 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² air-conditioned living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Soothing sea views, terrace for starlit evenings and everything you could wish for (restaurants, activities, culture, etc.) within walking distance or a 3-minute drive. The port of Taverna also opens its doors to you for boat trips. An ideal address for your escape!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen available to rent, including: microwave, dishwasher, hob, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, Nespresso or filter coffee machine...  
\- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)   
\- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, perfect for everyone  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
Key facilities: washing machine, electric barbecue and plancha to sublimate Corsican meats and fish. Fans included (one per room).
