Always a warm welcome

Have been coming to this hotel each year for 10 years or so and each time is a great stay and warm welcome. The staff are wonderful and the location is peaceful and well located. Thanks for another great stay! Hope to come back with more family soon

It is not a resort but a small picturesque hotel and does not cater to non Spanish speakers. A certain level of athleticism is required as to go anywhere, including the beach, which is not far but relatively steep. It is HOT and humid.The pool and deck are lovely and there are seldom more than few guests about. The air-con is a huge relief, we had ours set at 26' and it still felt like a fridge when coming in from outside. The WIFI is dodgy.The staff pleasant but more tolerant than welcoming.

Beautiful property. My only complaint is that there are no lights on the road leading to it. Also the property signage outside is not great and it was difficult to find initially.

La vista a la playa desde el restaurante es espectacular. El cuarto es enorme. Lamentablemente los bungalows ya no estan aptos era lo mejor que tenian, los jardines se ven descuidados y la entrada de la escalera que baja a la playa estaba llena de botellas vacias y habia basura.

Wir konnten bei der Ankunft 2 Bungalows anschauen und haben dann die Nummer 15, Pes Sierra, genommen. Paradies einfach. Traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon mit Hängematte und Schaukelstühlen... Vom Bett aus Fensterfront und Blick aufs Meer, oben Infinity Pool und gutes kleines Restaurant. Alle Eier-Gerichte zum Frühstück sind absolute Empfehlung! Haben bei 3 Nächten auf Reinigung verzichtet, wäre aber dabei gewesen und wurde jeden Tag gefragt. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Über eine kleine Treppe geht es zum Strand. Hotel ist auf nem Berg. Wer Gepäck hat sollte sich hochfahren lassen. Wir sind bei 35° gelaufen und hätten es im Nachhinein glaub wegen 2€ Taxifahrt lieber nicht zu Fuß gemacht^^ Von Huatulco Airport kommt man easy mit nem Taxi Collectivo hin. 1h Fahrt und 550 MXN Festpreis pro Nase. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Todo excelente, solo que no hay muchas opciones para llegar y la subida está pesada. Si llevan adultos mayores, contemplen eso. De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien!!

Cómodo y con buena vista

El hotel es muy bonito tiene vistas increíbles esta muy cerca de punta cometa, el único detalle con la habitación qué nos toco no tenia accesorios para colgar las toallas en el baño y/o ropa mientras te estas bañando, también una chica del personal qué era nueva nos trajo en dos ocasiones alimentos y bebidas diferentes a lo que solicitamos pero fuera de eso todo muy bien

pague 170 dolares la noche por un cuarto que solo tenia una cama con 1 sabana. el servicio del personal desagradable, personal poco amigable. no servicio de cafe o agua. llegamos al hotel y no te dan ni una botella de agua, si tomas cafe, no hay servicio de restaurant hasta las 8am

Left my phone charger in my room. Called from Puerto Escondido the next day and asked them to hold it for me as I was returning to Mazunte the following day as part of my travel plans. They did as requested. This doesn’t happen in every hotel in Mexico. I was very pleased as I lost my charger due to the exact circumstances in Mexico City earlier in the week and that one was not returned
