Uma muito boa opção em região de fácil acesso em Santa Maria. O café da manhã surpreendeu muito positivamente e as vistas são ótimas, assim como o atendimento. A estrutura do hotel é simples, honesta. Ideal para períodos curtos e em dias de semana, na minha percepção. Uma vantagem que possuem é um "mini-mercado" no lobby, o que facilita bastante o acesso a snacks e bebidas.

Uma boa opção
Um bom hotel, principalmente para quem está no meio de uma viagem longa. A cama e o chuveiro muito bons e quarto limpo. Fez falta um frigobar no quarto, tínhamos que descer para comprar água na recepção. Café da manhã muito variado, pena não estar incluso na diária.

Um bom Hotel
Hotel bom, confortável, banho e cama ótimos. Café da manhã razoável. Silencioso, e tem uma bela vista da cidade. Senti falta de um guarda roupa para desfazer as malas (precisei deixar as roupas numa bancadinha atras da cama) e de uma bancada maior no banheiro, pois era só uma mini prateleira de vidro abaixo do espelho. O atendimento inicial foi muito bom, só houve alguma falha de comunicação do site Hoteis.com com eles, pois passaram que seria um quarto casal, sem a cama para a 3a pessoa. Mas prontamente resolvido. Como não há telefone no quarto, a comunicação é via whats ou ligando do nosso telefone para a recepção. Houve um problema com o atendente da noite, pois fizemos um pedido de tele entrega e solicitamos que avisasse no whats do meu marido, que estava cuidando. Ao chegar, avisaram no meu (que estava no não perturbe). Acabei vendo 3 min depois, e logo ele desceu para buscar. Nisso o atendente liga me cobrando, dizendo que o motoboy já estava há 15 minutos (o que era impossível) aguardando.. isso não foi legal. Mas no geral, tudo certo.
