As you come onto the property you’ll notice the privacy you’ll get to experience from the outside world. Enter the private gate from the street, there you'll find your own patio with dining and seating for 6\. When you get into the house with your personalized door code, you'll notice the vaulted ceilings that make this space feel expansive. In the living room, there’s a 55” tv that allows you to sign into all of your streaming accounts. A sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress is there for extra guests. The dining is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and laundry off to the side. I provide laundry detergent, soaps, shampoo, hair dryer and dish soap. Spices are available if you’d like to take advantage of our beautiful kitchen. This is a space you can really enjoy and feel at home in. With it's many windows, light colored walls and comfortable but minimalistic furniture, you'll be able to bring your suitcase settle in for relaxation. The house itself was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for the 5 of us. Although the house does not have A/C, there is a ceiling fan and Melissa provided a standup fan as extra. We found that with the windows open later in the day and evening, the house kept cool. Really nice place in a quiet residential neighborhood in a convenient location. We appreciated the quality of the house and appliances. The communication was easy and we found also a tiny Christmas Tree! Perfect! It had everything we wanted or needed. All kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies were provided. Very clean. The owner put a lot of thought into the details. Board games in the living room (the pie puzzle needs to go it is missing 25 peices lol, we left a couple new puzzles so the old one could be discarded). The patio table and chairs outside were great. The only things I would change are in this order: 1\. Shower needs more water pressure 2\. Hot water needs to be set hotter 3\. Upgrade to bedroom mattresses to thicker, higher quality when monies allow. 4\. Upgrade the dining room chairs to something more sturdy, heavier duty when monies allow. Even with these opportunities for improvement, I still give 5 stars!! ##### Matt Z. This is an excellent place to stay while you visit the wineries in the area. Close to the freeway but very quiet.
