Out standing on cleanliness on my room. Greatest views ever!!! Great place for talking pictures. No mosquitoes at all. Everyone was so helpful and too professional. Thank you RIU Guadalajara team for making me had such a great time.

This place was amazing, Manuel at the front door entrance was more than a worker he made me feel like family coming home. Manuel mention places I can visit sight see and eat. He was extremely helpful. The staff in the dining area were attentive and friendly, the food was amazing one of my favorites part were the lil round blue tortilla with butter and salt. My partner and I got a morocco massages the 2 ladies there were amazing I believe one of their names was Erika. Housekeeping ladies were sweet and nice and had our room clean. The guy at bar (bald guy) I totally forgot his name. He was nice too, he also gave some pointers to checkout and eat. Overall this place is amazing and I can’t wait to come back. Oh and location was the best you are close to everything u can walk everywhere no need for a taxi just walk. Unless you want to go to Zapopan or tlatelpaque u can uber 20 min away.
