Summary:  
  
Spectacular and modern new Loft ideal for two or three guests, you will enjoy a king bed, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, private bathroom and access to a private terrace, shared patio and pool as well as a roof top to watch the sunset.  
  
Just 3 blocks from Zicatela beach and 3 blocks from La Punta, it is far enough from the noise to rest but close to walk to the commercial area.  
  
The suite has black out blinds to maximize rest and privacy, you are welcom to book this spectacular property.  
  
The Space:  
  
The "Estrella" Suite (60 m2) is located within a property with 5 units. They all share a main entrance, but each studio is independent from the others. They share some recreational areas, such as the pool, patio and a terrace on the top floor.  
  
Your unit has:

\* Kitchenette (2-burner convection grill, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils)

We recommend movement by Rented Motorcycle, Taxi or on foot for short transfers.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
The property has an unbeatable location, on a super quiet street but very close to the best areas of Puerto Escondido, you will enjoy the best of both worlds.
