Small independent house of 65m² on two levels, with sea view, three terraces and large garden typical of the region (in espalier). House with at the high level, ground floor entrance on living room, with sofa, sleeping 2, corner kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Low level, large room with 2 beds, one double, overlooking the terrace.
The house is 150m from the street where you can park your car.

Talo kukkulalla merinäköalalla
Heinäkuun kaksi viikkoa vierähti leppoisasti upeissa Ligurian maisemissa. Talo sijaitsee rinteessä, oliivipuu-lehdossa, josta on todella upeat näkymät alas Tigullion-lahdelle ja Santa Margheritaan. Varsinkin illan pimetessä, kun kaupungin ja kukkula-asutusten valot pikkuhiljaa syttyivät. Nettisivujen kuvat kertovat hyvin itse talosta ja sisustuksesta. Lomailu ilman autoakin onnistui hyvin. San Lorenzon kylä on noin kilometrin päässä missä on kolme ravintolaa, pieni kahvila, pienenpieni kauppa, josta saa kyllä perustarvikkeita elämiseen, sekä tietysti kirkko. Bussit kulkevat noin kerran tunnissa alas Santa Margheritaan ja Rapalloon sekä toiseen suuntaan Camogliin ja Reccoon. Koska talo on kukkulan rinteellä niin jalan kulkeminen vaatii tietysti vähän ponnisteluja, varsinkin kesähelteellä, mutta maisemat kyllä korvaavat lievän vaivan näön. Itse kylän "keskustan" läpi ajaa "minuutissa", mutta rinteellä on melko runsaasti asutusta. Osa tuntuisi olevan loma-asuntoja. Santa Margheritasta ja Rapallosta on hyvät junayhteydet muihin rannikon pikkukaupunkeihin. Laivoillakin toki pääsee. Thanks Stéphane and especially your lovely mother. A little criticism: Terrace plastic furniture and the rusty grill were a bit "too basic" Your first Finnish guests

Beautiful views and quiet location ideally placed to explore the Italian Riviera.
We loved staying at this property because we were in the heart of beautiful countryside yet close to many coastal towns. It was easy to reach Genoa and the Cinque Tere by train from Santa Margharita. Porto Fino and a variety of lovely coastal towns were within easy reach. Santa Margharita was a great place to shop for food with a good range of bakeries, greengrocers, pasta shops, fish stalls and delicatessens making self catering easy. We ate out at the local restaurant in San Lorenzo which is well worth a visit. As we arrived very late in the evening, Stephane arranged some shopping for us which was kind. The property was clean and the views outstanding. We loved the local wildlife especially the frogs singing in the evenings, the fireflies and the wild boar and piglets we spotted one night close to home. It was a little walk from the parking to the house but we were expecting that and it kept us fit. My only criticism of the property is that it is a little basic and there are only two cooking rings on the hob. If you want a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer or fancy kitchen equipment, it may not be for you. In you want authentic Italy, a beautiful garden with three terraces and outstanding views in the heart of the Italian Riviera, I can highly recommend this property. Many thanks Stephane.

Beautiful view!!
Truly enjoyed the view. Be prepared to walk to get to the house and don't carry heavy pieces of luggage because of the same reason. The view made worth the walk. The only negative thing we had was not having enough toilet paper (that's a necessity) for the nights we stayed there.

Petite maison hyper mignone dans un environnement magnifiques, vue sur le golfe et santa margherita. Nous sommes tous ravis. Attention toutefois à l'accès qui ne se fait qu'à pieds.

nettes Häuschen, gute Lage, super Aussicht
Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre Lage am Hang mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Bucht! Jeden Morgen ein Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen von Ostligurien. Ein kleines Häuschen mit drei Terrassen nach unterschiedlichen Seiten ganz ruhig gelegen in einem Garten am Hang. Wir waren 2 Wochen (September/Oktober) in San Lorenzo della Costa. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Es gibt genügend Terrassenmöbel vorne wie hinterm Haus. Das Häuschen ist einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtet. in der Küche ist wirklich genügend Geschirr und Besteck, die Einrichtung im Haus ist schlicht. Parkmöglichkeit an der schmalen Straße, kein Problem. der Fußweg ins Dorf dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Nach Santa Margherita oder Rapallo kann man stündlich ganz einfach mit dem Bus kommen.

Tolles kleines Häuschen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Wohnung ist auch mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen, vorausgesetzt man ist gut zu Fuß (15min zur Bushaltestelle).
