Staff super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for our honeymoon welcome. Great food restaurant on site. Perfect location for beach and also to walk into town shopping and restaurants. Having to pay 15Euros for a sunbed in front of the ocean was a bit of a bummer and we decided to use the free sunbeds by the pool and walk to the ocean (1min walk in bathing suit).The beach is narrow and crowded but the water is amazing, with a VERY long stretch of shallow water to walk into. Buffet was excellent. Special shout out to the chef who made my mrs a lactose free dessert without even asking. Every morning they would have lactose free butter waiting for us for breakfast. The housekeepers who were so friendly, the waiters and restaurant staff, i could go on for ever. The hotel is great, perfect location, lovely beach, parking was no issue, loved our sea view room, but what truly made it stand out were the staff. I will be returning again for sure!!!. The room was small and adequate.. we were on the upper deck level which made it super convenient to go the ocean and then lounge around away from the beach crowds. It was fairly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing and so were the other meals. There is evening live music. The staff is amazingly helpful, kind and friendly. I had a 90 min massage which was fantastic. We loved the Man/Woman duo who made amazing dance music. We had a lot of fun. I am so glad we found this property. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Pros: room had large terrace in part facing the beach, great location with a "boardwalk" along the beach with shops and restaurants, parking is easy on the street behind the hotel, I enjoyed lounging at the pool, NO KIDS!! Cons: room itself quite small, the water out of the tap and shower is salt water (or brackish) which is weird I thought, the fridge in my room didn't work, there's a safe in the room but you have to pay $2 a day to use it, it was quite noisy and almost impossible to sleep in (lots of banging noises, footsteps from above and in the hallways, etc.), beach chairs have to be reserved (and cost 15 euros a day) and "sold out" before I even arrived (I emailed the hotel days in advance to make a reservation and no one ever responded), "reserving" a chair at the pool is not supposed to be allowed but lots of people dump their stuff on a chair and leave for hours and no one says a word, I ordered a drink from the bar which cost like 12 euros and it had ZERO alcohol in it (it was a mai tai that was basically just pineapple juice and ice). Les chambres sont propres, confortables, bien insonorisées et bien décorées. La déco est le point fort de cet hôtel. Les transats de l’hôtel (payants!) sont le plus souvent à l’ombre; il y a d’autres transats mieux placés pas très loin et pour un bon prix. Le personnel est accueillant. L’hôtel est bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. La piscine en extérieur est souvent à l’ombre. Le sauna, le hammam et la salle de musculation sont agréables. Il n’y a pas de piscine couverte donc si mauvais temps, il faut aller à la piscine spa en intérieur d’un autre hôtel du groupotel à 30 minutes de bus: détente et moment agréable assurés (pour seulement 20 euros). Pour un 4 étoiles et en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels, il manque peut-être dans la chambre: une boîte de mouchoirs, un stylo, un bloc notes; mais surtout il devrait y avoir une bouteille d’eau par jour dans le mini bar. ![L’extérieur de l’hôtel et le hall de la réception ont du style! Le personnel de la réception comme du restaurant a été particulièrement accueillant et chaleureux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très plaisant. Les chambres étaient propres et fonctionnelles, on a même eu droit à une décoration spéciale pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Les buffets du petits déjeuner et du dîner étaient excellents et variés. Seul petit point d’amélioration : nous n’avions pas été informés à l’avance que les transats de plage étaient payants (15 €) et soumis à réservation, et lors de notre demande, ils étaient déjà tous réservés pour la journée.
