The house in Ca´n Picafort has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.   
  
Comfortable and modern 174 m² accommodation in a quiet area but with restaurants, bars and shops nearby.   
  
Can Picafort was a small fishing village with 200 inhabitants, which ended up becoming an important tourist complex and has a wide range of services and attractions that visitors enjoy.   
  
The House is located just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Son Baulo, there is also a protected natural park where you can see a large amount of wildlife such as; tortoises, red pheasants, hares, rabbits, weasels, dormice and Algerian hedgehogs. In this area there are some important archaeological excavations, most of them dating from the pre-Roman era.   
  
At 1 km there are some large supermarkets and 10 km from the "Hidropark Alcudia" water park.   
  
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 20 m² terrace, washing machine, barbecue, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, 1 TV, satellite tv.   
  
The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
