Relax in this holiday home in the popular resort of Can Picafort. The beach is just a few metres away and all services are within reach, with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment offers a living area of 125 m² of comfort for 4 people. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the two bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms (2 single beds and 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom with a shower is located in the attached garage (space for 1 car). In the cosy kitchen with dining area, delicious meals can be prepared. In the spacious living-dining room, there is a comfortable sofa and a dining table with seating for 6 people. Satellite TV and WiFi are also available. From the living room, you can access the large 20 m² terrace, where comfortable garden furniture is already ready for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the evening. Sitzplatz draussen bis 16.00 Uhr an praller Sonne ohne im Schatten verweilen zu können. Wohnung grundsätzlich sauber vorgefunden, wer ein Auge für Details hat, findet hier und da kleine Verunreinigungen. Ausstattung wie angegeben, ausser die zwei Liegestühle auf dem Bild, davon war nur eine in der Garage zu finden. Der Preis rechtfertigt sich mit der Lage der Unterkunft, sie ist nicht gerade die modernste, hat aber vollkommen gereicht und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Casa Starfish. Kontakt mit der Vermieterfirma einwandfrei, wir durften auf Anfrage sogar früher einchecken. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! ##### Marianna ### 6/10 Okay #### Andreas R. Alles war gut, bis auf die Betten und die Ausstattung in der Küche und Kanalgeruch im Bad. Die Betten sind nicht für Paare geeignet und sind wie vier Einzelfeldbetten mit ordentlichen Matrazen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig unzureichend und erweckt den Eindruck, dass hier nur zurückgelasssene Utensilien der jeweiligen Vorgänger vorhanden sind. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist wohl vom Sperrmüll und sollte auch dort wieder hin. Insgesamt macht das Mobiliar einen ramschigen Eindruck und man ist versucht zu vermuten, das hier der Besitzer seine alten Möbel entsorgt hat. Im Bad fehlen einfachste Vorrichtungen um z.B. Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Badezimmertür ist defekt und kann nicht abgeschlossen werden, was Probleme bei der Privatsphäre mit sich bringt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt macht die Wphnung einen sauberen aber abgewohnten Eindruck. Hier wird am falschen Ende gespart, was dien Gesamteindruck unnötigerweise erheblich schmälert.
