This impressive 500 m² estate sits on a 14,000 m² plot, guaranteeing complete privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. The house is spread over two floors, with a design that combines rustic Mallorcan style with modern amenities. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious entrance hall that separates the sleeping areas from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy delicious meals and is open to the living room where you can relax by the fireplace or enjoy the air conditioning while admiring the views of the olive garden. From the living room, you can access a summer kitchen with an oven, ideal for preparing al fresco meals in a relaxed atmosphere. In total, the house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed between the ground and first floors, all with air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while the first floor houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring space and comfort for all guests. The exterior is a true haven of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private 12x5.5 meter pool, surrounded by large hammocks and two Balinese beds for lounging and sunbathing.
