Free WiFi Welcome o this majestic villa, located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, with capacity for 10 guests, where this impressive stone house surrounded by a great garden with private pool is waiting for you. The incomparable beauty of this finca is going fascinate you. It emanates a great feeling of peace and calm thanks to the large extension of green artificial lawn around the absolutely wonderful Mallorcan stone building. Every day when you wake up or maybe in the afternoon, you can have a walk, with total privacy, not only around this beautiful greenery, but also throughout the 14000 m2 of fields belonging to this finca. This will help you to relax and enjoy a nice day in the chlorine pool. It sizes 12 x 5.5 metres with a water depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres, and it also features a 1.20 metres long children pool with 0.5 metres depth, 10 sun loungers, 2 Bali beds, an exterior shower and a large table with chairs where you can taste an exquisite barbecue made with firewood. A true paradise!! In addition, there is a ping-pong table and three bicycles. The adjoining property belongs to the owners and you can enter it to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables from the organic garden, as well as fresh eggs from the animals that live there. With two storeys and a spectacular decoration, the house offers a great glazed porch where you can prepare succulent recipes on the gas barbecue. From here you can access the inside, where you find a spacious living-dining room, perfect to spend family or friend time on the chaise longue sofas by the TV with satellite channels. The kitchen also is open to the same room and it becomes the best place for the family master chef, who will be entertained by the ceramic hob while the rest of you enjoy an appetiser on the bar stools or lay the table. The laundry room is independent and it is equipped with a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a tumble dryer. There are 5 bedrooms in total, all of them with two twin beds and a wardrobe, but one which has a walk-in closet. Two of them are located downstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a tub. There is another bathroom and a toilet for the rest of the floor. The rest of the rooms are upstairs. One has an en-suite shower bathroom, and another one features an en-suite bathroom with separated shower and tub. Two out of the three rooms also have direct access to the sunny terrace with pool views. And if you are travelling with babies we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Finally, it should be pointed out that there are 2 stationary bicycles in the house and that it is equipped with ducted air-conditioning. For sure, these will be convincing enough to come to enjoy your vacation in here! The property is about 800 metres away from the village of Santa Margarita, a very quiet area within the island, very well connected and with all needed services for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, petrol station, supermarket, etc. It has an easy access by road to the coast, including beautiful beach areas like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort, where you can enjoy the crystalline waters, the white and fine sand, and the delicious paellas by the sea. The owner will give you an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and an assortment of drinks (juice, milk, beer). The firewood for the barbecue is available and free. It has a garage where up to 10 bicycles can be stored. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. As one approaches the property one gets the feeling of approaching a Roman villa. The grounds are beautiful with olive trees, ample vegetation and even a small animal farm and orchard with chickens, geese, ducks and quail which is accessible to guests. The pool was exceptionally clean and refreshing and there are ample lounge areas to relax and enjoy the pool. The home is large and very comfortable with spacious and clean bedrooms on both floors and several bathrooms as well as a dedicated washer/dryer room. The kitchen is well stocked and there are dining tables both inside and in the covered patio. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay and relax. A couple of notes. This is a place where you definitely need a car to get around. The check in/check out of 4:00 and 10:00 is not standard. It should be 3:00 and 11:00\. Finally, there isn’t any place to put the garbage nearby. It’s supposed to be deposited in some place in the town but it’s not very close. They were nice enough to take care of it for us, but it would be better if they had recycling bins on the property and took care of the disposal as part of the package. Still these are not major issues and overall the place was great. ##### Robert S. Séjour de 6 nuits en octobre 2019 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Gülcin K. 11 juin 2019 Points faibles : Propreté #### Top-Lage mit sanierbedürftigem Haus Wer Zeit zum Erholen benötigt, ist hier genau richtig! Die Villa ist in einer Top-Lage, mitten auf dem Feld. Total idyllisch! Der Strand ist 10min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Grundstück ist rießig und sehr schön gestaltet, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten für eine 12-köpfige Familie. Wir hatten sogar Hühner mit frischen Eiern (stand leider nicht in der Beschreibung) und ganz viele Zitronen-Orangenbäume, wo wir jeden morgen einen frischen Saft gepresst haben. Sehr lecker! Das einzige Manko was das Haus hat, ist die Sauberkeit! DAs Haus ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen und brauch definitiv eine Sanierung. Ohne Flip Flops kann man definitiv nicht duschen gehen. Der Wasserdruck in den Bädern ist extrem gering, gerade in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss. Da kam so wenig Wasser raus, dass wir das Bad unserer Freunde unten nutzen mussten, was blöd war, da man so viel Geld für die Villa zahlt. Des Weiteren stinkt das Zimmer im Obergeschoss sehr stark! Unsere Kleidung, die im Schrank war hat sogar gerochen. Den Geruch aus dem Zimmer bekommt man leider auch nicht raus, was sehr schade ist, da man sich überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt hat, vermutlich Feuchtigkeit! Die Agentur vor Ort "Homerti" ist sehr kompetent und nett. Es macht vielleicht auch Sinn zwei Schlüssel anzufordern, da es mal sein kann, dass die Gruppen sich splitten, denn durch das Tor kommt man nur mit einer Fernbedienung rein und raus, was sehr umständlich ist. ##### Gülcin K.
