The simple and small balcony in this apartment becomes a cosy and magic place where you can admire the views while enjoying a glass of wine, a coffee or a good reading. You will be able to bask in the sun while the fresh sea breeze caresses your skin. And the best of it all is that you only have a 2 minute walk to reach the beach and take a dip into the sea.

Inside, the accommodation surprises with a modern and airy space. The living-dining room is also an idyllic place where you can relax while watching the TV-sat, but specially to enjoy your meals with your loved ones while admiring the sea through a large window. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook as well as a table with chairs. The laundry rooms offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed, another has twin beds and the last one has a single bed, so that you can choose where you want to rest. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. Finally, the living-dining room and bedrooms feature an AC unit each.

The apartment has a privileged location since it only is 100 metres away from the beach of Can Picafort, a peaceful coastal area although lively too, especially during the summer. The promenade skirting the seashore is full of bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, shops, and much more. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada, about 15 km away. The harvour is about 13 km.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
