Even baking utensils, garlic press, bottle opener, juicer, blender, sandwich maker, baking dishes, cookbooks etc. were thought of. Children's crockery and cutlery and a high chair are of course also available. The kitchen counter invites you to an extensive breakfast as well as to nightly kitchen conversations with friends over a glass or two of Spanish wine. From the kitchen you can also access the beautiful terrace with another breakfast table. A beautiful balcony offers you the opportunity to retreat and relax and read a book in the sun on the comfortable lounge furniture. If you prefer to sunbathe, there are comfortable sun loungers on the sun terrace. On the other hand, you can find a shady spot in the covered lounge area or in the lounge chairs and the table on the side terrace to the kitchen. In addition, a large awning providing shade can be extended over the dining table if required. The balcony also has a practical and stylish sun shade. Mar 8, 2019 #### Für uns das perfekte Ferienhaus! Wir haben 6 Wochen von Anfang September bis Mitte Oktober 2018 in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Direkt nach der Ankunft waren wir positiv überrascht, wie hell, freundlich, modern und auch groß das ganze Haus ist. So schön hatte ich es nicht erwartet. Wir hatten das Glück, dass das Haus erst kürzlich von einer neuen Eigentümerin übernommen wurde und noch mal viel repariert und erneuert wurde. So sind alle Möbel absolut neuwertig, Sachen wie ein großer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner ganz neu. Die zwei TVs (einer im Wohnzimmer, einer im großen Schlafzimmer) sind ebenfalls ganz neu und technisch auf dem aktuellen Stand und weitere für die regnerischen Tage ganz hilfreich. Auch die Betten sind absolut neu. Normalerweise vermisse ich im Urlaub unser Wasserbett und nehme mein eigenes, hohes Kopfkissen mit. Hier hatte ich jedoch keine Probleme. Es ist genug Bettzeug im Haus, so dass man immer das passende zum Wetter finden sollte. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Von Kleinigkeiten wie Handy-Ladegerät, Radio mit USB-Anschluss im Wohnzimmer, viele Bücher, Holzkohle für den Grill, Sonnenschirme und auch in der Küche ist alles da. Salz, Öl, etc. müssen nicht extra gekauft werden wegen ein paar Tagen. auch Waschmittel war noch vorhanden. Die Kinder haben sich besonders über das vorhandene Spielzeug. Das Haus ist sehr schön Dekoriert, so dass man sich eben sehr schnell wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir haben dann jeweils nach zwei Wochen eine Reinigung (gegen absolut vertretbare Zusatzgebühren) durchführen lassen. Auch die war in Ordnung. Wir haben das Haus jeweils 9 Uhr verlassen, und nach unserer Rückkehr gegen 16 Uhr war wieder das ganze Haus Blitze-Blank. Versorgt haben wir uns fast ausschließlich selbst. Zum Frühstück gab es frisches Baguette vom Becker um die Ecke. Alles andere haben wir in der Regel in Can Picafort besorgt. Einen Mietwagen sollte man möglichst die ganze Zeit haben, da der Ort schön ruhig und abgelegen ist, aber damit auch nicht optimal mit dem öffentlichen Bus zu erreichen. Der Garten am Haus war ideal für die Kinder zum Spielen und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen, dass sie auf die Straße rennen können, da man alles abschließen kann. Um es nochmal zusammen zu fassen: Wir haben uns hier 6 Wochen wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
