In addition, it has a swimming pool, a large garden of natural grass surrounding the house and several furnished terraces perfect to spend time outdoors and enjoy the magnificent climate of Mallorca. The property is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, a small town located in the east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, you will find the beautiful beach of Can Picafort less than 5 minutes. The excellent location of the house allows you to easily explore the east coast of Mallorca. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The tourist areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia are also very close. Air conditioning: \- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has central air conditioning hot / cold throughout the accommodation.
