### VID: 5 double bedrooms villa with private pool

Villa Damar is located in Son Bauló, the residential district in Can Picafort. It is about 500 m. from the sea, not far from the center. The closest beach is Son Bauló Beach. There is a children's playground about 200m. away. It is an elegant chalet for 10 people, classic Mallorcan style. On the ground floor, there is the entrance first, from which the staircase leading to the upper floor starts. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a fireplace, for the cold winters and a dining table with an exit to the back of the garden where there is another table for meals under the warm winter sun or al fresco dinners on the warm summer nights. The living room is very spacious with comfortable sofas, from there you can access the terrace and the pool. On the same floor, there are also 3 of the 5 bedrooms of the house. Two of them doubles with 2 single beds of 90 cm. and a third, the main one, with a 150 cm double bed, a bathroom en suite with a bathtub. Direct access to the terrace and the pool. Complete the distribution of this floor with a bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor houses the third bathroom of the house and 2 double bedrooms: one double with 2 beds of 90 cm. and the second, more youthful air, with 2 beds of 90 cm. Both lead to a beautiful terrace overlooking a pine forest. The whole house is surrounded by terraces and garden areas, whose epicenter is its fabulous fenced pool of 8m x 5m with a little effect for relaxation. Apart from loungers and armchairs, there is another table covered by an automatic awning, which makes this area a cool and very pleasant place for meals and to fight the heat during the day. Can anyone imagine a vacation without a barbecue? In Villa Damar you can organize whatever you want in an area specially prepared for the grill. With all this, we can say that Villa Damar is an unbeatable residence for both families and groups of friends who wish to share some beautiful and unforgettable holidays in any season of the year.AreaCan Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand, and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, shops, etc. . and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move. Dare to discover the secrets of this wonderful island! #### Lovely house, but some issues need attention

The house is in a perfect location and is very spacious and well furnished. However, I do need to report that the security/safety lighting was not working in the porch or on the path up to the front door. We arrived in the dark and I tripped on a low step and hit my head on a concerete wall, resulting in a trip to A&E at the hospital, 6 stitches in a head wound and whiplash in my neck. I feel I need to report this, because after we told the owner, they did send a maintenance man, and they did fix the porch light, but the path light remained broken while we were there for the week. Also, the heating was broken and the house was very cold for the whole week (mid January 2024). We only had a couple of small heaters that were not powerful enough for the cold evenings. We reported this as well and the maintenance man did try to repair it, but he could not get the spare part during our stay and the house remained cold. I'm sorry to report this, and I'm sure it's fixed now, but the security lighting was a bad oversight and I am still struggling with a bad neck and dizzy spells in the UK one month later and have had several visits to my doctor.

The property was very Well. Big with several bedrooms and baths. Very happy with the pool also because there was Secure around the pool, We were travelling with small kids. Nearby Beach and city center.

#### Wunderschönes Haus mit Renovierungsstau

Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage nahe zum Strand. Die Gastgebe in (Natali) ist freundlich und kümmert sich sofort bei evtl. Anfragen. Wir (5 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) haben die Zeitgenossen, aber... Das Haus, insbesondere die Bäder sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Seit ihrer Erstellung (in den siebzigern???) wurde hier offensichtlich nichts mehr getan. Die Kanalisation ist alt; es stinkt ständig leicht nach Kanal. Eine moderne Elektroversorgung würde dazu beitragen, dass nicht ständig die Sicherung herausspringt. Zu guter Letzt: Das Haus ist für die Zeit November bis Februar nur bedingt geeignet, wenn nicht für jeden Raum eine größere Heizung installert wird, Ansonsten: Ein schönes Haus im alten Stil mit viel Platz.
