Santa Lucía Monteverde Vacation Packages

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

The room and bed was very comfortable, but it opened directly on the courtyard and restaurant. People including staff were sitting less than 5 feet from our door most of the day and early evening. Music was almost constantly audible from our room. It was never super noisy and we didn’t feel the need to ask for another room (most of the rooms seemed to open directly on the courtyard too) but it was less than ideal. The location was great, the staff was great. For this location and comfort the price was good. The breakfast was fine but not great. The rooftop at Muss across the street was much better spot for breakfast

I really enjoyed all my interactions with the hotel workers. They were very helpful throughout the entire experience, and I would definitely recommend them for their staff! I would also like to say the bar menu options were great. The rooms were clean, which they also frequently asked if we would like to be cleaned again throughout our trip.
