Simple house "Dami I", semi-detached. 4 apartments in the residence. 1.5 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Folelli, 40 km from the centre of Bastia, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), courtyard, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 1.6 km, sandy beach "Moriani Plage" 800 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The complex has another 1 house for rent.  
"Dami I", 4-room house 75 m2\. Simple furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed and satellite TV. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
