It is a very small house it really should not be marketed for more than 4 people the single seat bed is not good for an adult. Once you open de sofa bed there is no space to socialize inside the house. Having a beach front property with a pool and not provide beach towels is not convenient at all. Both homes are amazing....clean, modern, well equipped, and comfortable. The grounds and pool area offer a very nice retreat with gorgeous views and relaxing atmosphere. We were a little nervous about the neighborhood at first but quickly learned that we were surrounded by good, working class people; and everyone was very friendly .....and that we were in a safe place.
