The elegant and romantic Fico Nero suite at Villa Paladino Solunto in Santa Flavia is the ideal choice for those seeking an unforgettable stay in Sicily. The cosy seaside resort is located close to Palermo and well connected by motorway and train.  
The two-room suite Fico Nero is located within a gated complex in a breathtaking panoramic position at the foot of the archaeological park of Solunto, between the gulfs of Palermo and Cefalù. Immersed in a dreamlike dimension, the suite invites you to experience moments of relaxation and enjoyment amidst history, nature and the treasures of Sicilian art and culture.  
  
Inside, Fico Nero unfolds on two levels offering a romantic and elegant atmosphere. On the ground floor, guests will find a bright and welcoming living room with dining area, TV corner and bookcase, as well as a kitchenette equipped with everything they need to prepare their own meals. A microwave oven is also available on request. Air conditioning ensures maximum comfort in both the living area and the master bedroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a spacious bedroom and a bright and comfortable bathroom with shower. Upon request, it is possible to add up to two single beds in the living room or enjoy additional facilities such as a travel cot or high chair, free of charge.  
  
Outside, guests can enjoy a private loggia equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing moments, offering a relaxing view of the garden and an enchanting panorama of the Monte Catalfano nature reserve. The villa is immersed in a large Mediterranean garden that, together with the beautiful pond-shaped swimming pool, available from May to mid-October, promises fun and relaxation for adults and children alike, accentuated by a spectacular view of Monte Pellegrino and the Gulf of Palermo. In addition, a barbecue area and a large private car park are at the complete disposal of guests.  
  
The strategic location near the SS.113 and the junctions of the A19 and A20 motorways makes the villa the ideal starting point for exploring Sicily. Palermo, Mondello, Monreale, Cefalù and numerous other attractions can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car. The nearby sandy beaches, ideal for children, and the picturesque seaside villages of Santa Flavia, Sant'Elia, Porticello and Aspra offer exquisite culinary experiences and entertainment possibilities such as boat trips, diving and excursions.
